چکیده

Perovskite solar cells are well-known for their high energy conversion efficiency, low-temperature processing, and cost-effective production. Flash infrared annealing (FIRA) of slot-die cast perovskite precursors offers an attractive manufacturing route using high-throughput roll-to-roll technology. Despite the recent progress in FIRA annealing, optimal composition precursor is yet to be developed. Here, effect methylammonium chloride (MACl) on structure trap-state density as a function time investigated. In situ real-time grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering (GIWAXS) employed monitor layer formation during with millisecond temporal resolution. addition, states bandgap estimated ex energy-resolved electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Evidence found that adding 10% MACl into solution significantly improves crystallographic orientation layers while reducing by one order magnitude. time-resolved GIWAXS, most favorable window processing films lowest mosaicity identified. The results general importance elucidating appropriate windows complex fast-evolving crystallization processes.

Perovskite solar cells prepared by flash evaporation.

A simple vacuum deposition method for the preparation of high quality hybrid organic-inorganic methylammonium lead iodide perovskite thin films is reported. When sandwiched in between organic charge transporting layers, such films lead to solar cells with a power conversion efficiency of 12.2%.

Efficiency Enhancement of Hybrid Perovskite Solar Cells with MEH-PPV Hole-Transporting Layers

In this study, hybrid perovskite solar cells are fabricated using poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) and poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) as dopant-free hole-transporting materials (HTMs), and two solution processes (one- and two-step methods, respectively) for preparing methylammonium lead iodide perovskite. By optimizing the concentrations and solvents o...

Application of Au@SiO2 Plasmonic Nanoparticles at Interface of TiO2 Mesoporous Layers in Perovskite Solar Cells

To investigate the plasmonic effect in perovskite solar cells, the effect of depositing Au@SiO2 nanoparticles on the top and the bottom of mesoporous TiO2 layers was studied. First, Au@SiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized. The particles were then deposited at the different interfaces of mesoporous TiO2 layers. Although the two structures show approximately similar optical absorption, only cells ...

Structural studies of annealed ultrathin La0.8MnO3 films

Due to the large ~colossal! magnetoresistance exhibited by perovskite manganites, they have attracted a great deal of interest for the potential applications. It is evident that lattice strain plays an important role in the properties of these materials. The first systematic experimental study of the effect of thickness on the magnetotransport properties of thin films was performed by Jin et al...

Infrared spectroscopy of hydrogen in annealed zinc oxide

Zinc oxide (ZnO) has shown great promise as a wide band gap semiconductor with optical, electronic, and mechanical applications. First-principles investigations by C. G. Van de Walle (Phys. Rev. Lett. 85 (2000) 1012) suggest that hydrogen may act as a shallow donor in ZnO. These same predictions also apply to deuterium (D). Using IR spectroscopy we have observed O–H and O–D stretch modes at 332...
